Kurabi Bubble Tea - Mobile

The experience at this establishment was amazing!! The owner, Varin, was extremely helpful when in time of need. After getting my delicious Kurabi Brown Sugar drink, I went to my car and it wouldn't turn on!!! Varin saw I was struggling and he immediately went out to jump my car. Not only that, but he changed my tires because he saw that it was flat and didn't want me to get hurt. Would definitely recommend!!

Love the spot! Been going here for four years and they always remember my drinks and the toppings I like. They also have ton of options of card and video games you can play with your friends while you wait or just want to enjoy the vibe in the place. 10/10 recommend!!

This is definitely one of my favorite places to go for a delicious chai. Never had a bad experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I always recommend this place to anyone who enjoys bubble tea.

My daughter and I went to this restaurant today, upon entering the restaurant the workers were nonchalant, and didn’t seem to be enthused that we were there, and did not speak. I spoke to them first. The female worker was working on refilling containers behind the counter. I had a seat and waited until she was finished. She had no sense of urgency while completing the task. While we waited, a white young lady came into the restaurant and was greeted warmly, by the same lady who disregarded us while she took her time doing other tasks instead of assisting me and my daughter. We were still sitting and waiting while she served someone else over us. The logical thing for the clerk to do would be apologize for making a customer wait and verbally let them know you were ready to take their order. Me and my daughter stood up and walked out the establishment they didn't say one word to stop us or anything. We ended up driving down to JJ Tea House by providence and received service with no issue. If this is the way, they are going to treat people who patronize their restaurants I won’t be returning, and I’ll definitely make sure I spread the word. We were the only people in the lobby at the time, so they definitely knew we hadn't ordered anything. They didn't want us there.

One of worst milk teas I have tried. Way too sweet. Non-dairy (and no choice for standard dairy). Wait time was long. Cashier machine was not working. Very misleading 4.7 star reviews… but I guess it is also due to lack of alternatives in the area. Cannot recommend
