Amazing food and excellent family combo meals for takeout, making it worth every penny. Thanks to this place, my kids have become macaroni and cheese connoisseurs! Their homemade desserts are truly exceptional. The fried chicken is always juicy and crispy, made fresh to order, and all their meats are incredibly tender. If it weren’t for its hidden gem status, this place would be busier than a bagel shop on a Sunday morning!

I ordered chicken and waffles, macaroni and cheese, key lime pie, and cranberry juice. The food smelled great in the car, and I couldn't wait to get home to eat it. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed to find that the food was undercooked. The chicken was seasoned perfectly but clearly needed more cooking time. The waffles were rock hard, and for $3, they only served me three-quarters of a cup of cranberry juice! They should really fill the cup, especially considering the prices—they're already quite high, and I could easily buy a whole bottle at a store for less. As for the macaroni, it was bland. Anyone who rates this place five stars clearly hasn't experienced authentic Southern food, especially from Louisiana. I won't be coming back; the food was overpriced and undercooked. What a letdown!

Oh my gosh, if you love fried chicken or have a Southern spirit like I do, this restaurant is a dream come true! I ordered the chicken and waffles with a biscuit and sweet mashed potatoes, while my husband had the pulled pork and chicken wings. Every single bite was absolutely delicious! I also took home a coconut custard bread pudding, and I’m sure it will be just as amazing. The service was fantastic; the chef even came out to explain one of the dishes himself when he heard me asking questions. This is definitely my new favorite spot! I highly recommend it!

I ORDERED CHICKEN WAFFLES MAC CHEESE KEYLIME PIE AND CRANBERRY JUICE.. THE FOOD SMELLED SO GREAT IN THE CAR I COULDN?T WAIT TO GET HOME TO EAT IT UP BUT I WAS SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED THAT THE FOOD WAS RAW A MEAN THE CHICKEN WAS WELL SEASONED TO PERFECTION BUT IT NEEDED MORE COOKING TIME ? THE WAFFLES ARE ROCK HARD AND FOR $3 THEY GAVE 3/4 CUP OF CRANBERRY JUICE LIKE FULL MY CUP UP ITS ALREADY OVER PRICED I COULD STOP AT A STORE FOR A WHOLE BOTTLE FOR LESS THE COST HERE??????THE MACARONI IS BLAND. WHOSOEVER RATE IT FIVE STARS HAS NEVER EATEN AUTHENTIC SOUTHERN FOOD ESPECIALLY LOUISIANA ? I WONT RETURN ? OVER PRICED RAW FOOD ???????????

I finally had the opportunity to visit this restaurant, and I was absolutely impressed by everything I tried! The food was fresh and delicious, and I highly recommend trying the biscuits and dessert — they are a must! I now have the entire menu on my to-do list because everything I ate was fantastic. I can't wait to return. You really should come and experience the wonderful food and hospitality for yourself!
