Lam's Kitchen - Mill Valley

We love going to Lam's for delicious, local Chinese food that never fails to comfort us. The dishes are made with high-quality ingredients and the customer service from Mai is always super friendly. They even provide paper containers when requested. Our favorite dishes include the salt and pepper chicken, short ribs, shrimp chow mein, and hot and sour soup. Just thinking about it makes us hungry!

Lam's Kitchen is our favorite restaurant in Mill Valley. Mae is incredibly sweet and you can taste the love and friendliness in the food. As a vegetarian, Mae is always helpful in accommodating my needs or recommending dishes that she thinks I would enjoy. The chef, Man, has never disappointed me with anything from the kitchen. I have tried every vegetarian dish on the menu and they are all delicious. My friend Bobby is not a vegetarian and always orders the orange chicken or the General Tso chicken with chow mein. Mae also recommends dishes for him if he wants to try something different. This is truly the best Chinese cuisine around. If you want a great meal, friendly atmosphere, and to support a small business, Lam's Kitchen is the place to go as it is just Mae and her husband running the restaurant.

I tried the kung pao prawns at this restaurant and they were delicious. I typically don't order seafood at fast food Chinese restaurants, but I decided to give it a try. The dish was well-prepared and tasted fresh. Great job!

Definitely a spot worth stopping by, the food is excellent and well prepared, the pricing is fair and it is regularly neat there. Great work.
