Donatellos - Midleton

I called to place an order at this restaurant and was passed between two different women, both of whom were extremely rude and unprofessional. They gave conflicting information about the kids' meal, claiming it cost 47€ for three meals. When we asked if we could call back to pay over the phone, they initially agreed, but then later said they had cancelled the entire order and we needed to start over. I was baffled by the lack of common sense displayed by these employees. The food was delicious, but the customer service was sorely lacking.

Can never seem to get my order right how hard is it to get a plain chicken burger staff need training

The staff, specifically the girl at the cash register, requires training in customer service. I will not be coming back to this restaurant again, and I will be advising everyone I know to steer clear.

Had a quick bite after the Jameson Tour and then walking around Midleton. I needed to give the whiskey a bit of time to clear. Place was comfortable and seemed favored by the locals, too.

I went in to buy a 22 inch pizza and the girl at the counter was very abrupt towards me, but thankfully a young gentleman working at the counter managed to keep me at ease and took my order instead .. I believe the counter staff need to learn manners .. I've had many friends complain of the ignorant staff there and I believe this is the major downfall of this pizzeria .. the waiting time for the pizza is also very long !! I am Personally going to stay away from this place and I would not recommend it to anyone ! Plenty of other pizzerias in midleton !!
