Contribuiți la feedbackWorst airport bar experience in a long time. sticky bar counter, terrible fluorescent lighter, and an unfriendly bartender that could not make any fog. his coworker made a decent negro after we complained, but then we just wanted to go. we had to wait 15 minutes after we asked twice for the check, and the gratulation was added to the check automatically. they skip this place.
We had to stay in the mia hotel because of a late curse. this caffe is connected to the hotel. Eating was moderate and extremely expensive, over $50 for two (small) pizzas and a beer. the worst part came when I paid the bill, I gave the waiter four goods, she came back and said that one of them did not work and gave it back to me. she then said I gave her three credits. In summary, she cracked one of my good-looking. next time I'm going somewhere else.
Wasn't expecting much being in an airport but this may have been one the worst experiences in a restaurant ever. Server was rude and very inattentive waited 45 minutes to get mediocre food and it wasn't even what we ordered. 18% auto gratuity added on the bill. Subway downstairs is probably a better bet.
We needed a place for 6 hours between flight and found some of the best needed margaritas and cosmos on the planet, thanks to Maybell Patricia, the bartender. What a find! After a few drinks we needed food and enjoyed the artichoke spinach dip. Escape the noise and crowds and come to this pleasant escape written great views on the 7th floor.
Stayed in the hotel 3 nights due to flight cancelations and decided we needed a good meal Monday night. Not more then a dozen people in the place so hard to understand why it took 15 minutes for the Waiter to acknowledge us . We had to ask for menu and water twice. Hopefully it was just a bad night for him. Another 10 min before he returned to take order. Meal came it was good but we had already been there over a hour. Husband asked to have the keylime pie when meal came and again when waiter walked by 20 minutes later and asked for check. He processed our Am Air vouchers wrong which resulted in them being declined.. Yes we verified with him prior to ordering vouchers where accepted there.. Waiter was rude and made a few comments after Husband asked to have gratuity removed. Mind you we always pay 25% in cash.The only reason we stayed was the view and were tired of being in the room. 3 other tables left for none service. 1 table of 4 moved to other side and were served by a what appeared to be a cheerful and professional Waitress. Wish we had done the same.
