Chef Brad Kilgore served us some of the most creative and tastiest food that I've had in a long time. The small, minimalist space was modern, but very comfortable. The service staff was on top of their game, and the whole experience was top notch. A culinary must in Miami.

Soft egg. Omg. That is worth the wait. We had a reservation but it took almost an hour to seat us after. However, we had great service by our server Brian and the sommelier (who treated us nicely, although we only ordered a $45 bottle of wine). I am coming back to try all of the other things on the menu. Brilliant. My mouth was happy. So good!

Best meal I had in Miami! Wonderful wine pairing, Excellence in the art of preparing and presenting food. Our server was very knowledgeable and most pleasant Alter redefines dinning, and brings it to the next level!

Stopped in for a cocktail and dessert. The Flor de Jarisco was incredible... A savory concoction with just the right amount of heat. Espresso and Chocolate curd were perfection. The presentation of the cocktail and dessert were simply beautiful. We had attentive and friendly service.
