New York Plate - Merrillville

This place is unprofessional the brochure says they open at 10am and online it says 12pm. They are never open at neither one of these times, you by the place and the TV is on but the door is locked. Good food but terrible service. What days and times is your establishment actually open?

Trash...super trash!!! Everything is nasty and overpriced. The Big Apple Plate was 100 times better

Called at 7:37 pm CST to inquire what time they closed and if they had the 20 wing special. I was told they closed at 9 pm and the 20 wing special was available. I ordered it and told the young lady I would be in at closing to pick it up. I was contacted at 8:21 and told that they closed at 8 but were waiting on me to pick up my order. I explained that I was told they closed at 9. The young lady apologized and again told me they were waiting on me. I explained as soon as I finished pumping my gas at Costco I would be on my way. I arrived at the business at 8:40 and they were gone. Thanks for the experience, it'll never happen again. You guys are shameful.

Customer service is not good but the food is. Flamin' hot cheese sticks were amazing!

The food is freaking great!! And the staff is cool as heck
