Culver's - Merrillville

Hubby wanted a burger meal and I wanted a fish meal. I also got a side salad. Could not really eat the salad because the ranch dressing was more on the mayo side. Other than that our food and drinks were great.

This is the first culver’s where I was, where the employees were not really friendly and happy to be there. the food was delicious and fresh, although it took a long time to get. naomi was very nice and was the only one who smiled at us.

Usually you can expect good quality at Culver's. However on my last visit I ordered chicken strips. They were terrible! The inside of each strip was a soft, mushy goo that sort of tasted like chicken sort of the consistency of mashed potatoes. I suspect they use some chemical to make the chicken tender, but if that is the case they overdid it. It did not even remotely resemble the texture of chicken. Culver's, you need to reevaluate your chicken tenders. What you are serving now is gross.

Worst Reuben! Bread was soggy. Fillings were cheap! And it took nearly 20 minutes to get. Will NEVER return. Lazy staff, **** food and service.

Had the strawberry field salad it was amazing! It's only here for a limited time so go and get one you won't regret it it's so good!!!
