Aperitivo Balcony Kitchen

We were disappointed by this place unfortunately! The short rib had a sauce on top that tasted like straight Watties BBQ sauce, the meat was very nice and tender but the sauce ruined it. The market fish was delicious though! And our drink was quite nice. We felt it was overpriced for the portion size. -Edit: have changed to 5 stars because of the owners reply. The service was great when we were here!

WAO!!!! BEING A WORLDWIDE TRAVELLER, BEING IN MANY RESTAURANTS , THIS ONE IS IN MY TOP 10 . FOOD SUPER FRESH AND TASTY, HAD CONFIT PORK BELLY , SPICED CAULIFLOWER, POTATO GNOCCHI, SOURDOUGH , PULLED PORK CROQUETTES AND FLOUNDER AS MARKET FISH JUST AMAZING. SERVICE WAS AT THE BEST LEVEL FROM DAMIAN . FAVORITE WAS THE PORK BELLY .

Our family took a trip to Wiheke island and we came here for lunch in the early afternoon. The staffs were friendly and the view was absolutely beautiful! As they serve very small plates, we tried several dishes, and most of them were very delicious! I really loved the pork belly soy glaze and polenta chips!! They were so amazing! Highly recommend to visit here, sit outside and enjoy their food, drink and the view at the same time.

Enjoyed the view and chilling out before taking the return ferry. It is a 20 mins walking distance from the ferry terminal. It has several wine selections from Waiheke and other regions. Nice service too.

We had a fantastic night. Food and service were both amazing. The staff were so accommodating to our needs and Tommy Pickett with his live music really added to the atmosphere
