Taco Bell - Macon

I’ve visited this restaurant three times, and each time I had to wait about 30-45 minutes for my food. On my most recent visit, I decided to wait at the counter but ended up waiting 20 minutes before I went through the drive-thru to ask if they had forgotten about me. They handed me a bag, and when I checked it, it contained the wrong order—just a bag full of burritos. I found my actual order right next to the register, which was really disappointing. I love Taco Bell, but I'm not sure I’ll be returning anytime soon.

The dining experience was fantastic, and the cashier was friendly. However, the drive-thru window and the surrounding area were quite dirty and severely in need of a pressure wash. I almost considered canceling my order when I saw the condition of the place.

I would rate this place 5 stars because they have always gotten my order right. However, during my last visit, I ordered through the drive-thru microphone and clearly stated that I have a serious milk allergy. When I went to pay, I repeated myself, but was told that my order was on the screen, and then the staff member closed the window.

Top notch taco bell. conveniently located, lots of parking and it area next to drive by option. beautifully maintained interiors. eating was good, tried burritos, power bowl, crunchy wrap, quesadilla. with the order of screens, its convenient not too much to confusing wise to explain to the server/receiver. beautiful and clean bathroom also.

My order was incorrect once i got home an im so upset. I ask for no tomatoes n got tomatoes on everything an im allergic!. Ask for black beans instead of refried beans an recieved no beans! But was steal charged the 80cent. The cashier had everything correct on the driver thru screen but cook chose to do it his way instead!
