Mcdonald's - Macon

I’ve noticed that this McDonald's location is consistently short-staffed, but the service is always disappointing. During my lunch break, I often find myself waiting far too long for my food. The fries are old and the chicken nuggets taste stale; it doesn’t matter what I order, everything comes out cold and lacking flavor. Additionally, they frequently run out of basic condiments. When I asked for mayo, they said they were out, and the same goes for ketchup. It makes me wonder why they even opened that day. Why should I have to wait twenty minutes for food that’s old and cold? It just doesn’t make sense!

This McDonald's needs a new owner to address the incompetence of its employees. It was my worst experience.

We waited through drive-thru and always said to stop and. they took 2 other cars from the other track. they know why the 2 cars drove in front of us.

Nice staff. A very busy store..I turned to go get my tea, and all of sudden this man came running around the corner slammed into me and I screamed. If I had my tea, it would of soaked me.. As I was waiting for my order, I found out it was the manger rushing from outside to give a customer their food by hand. And rushed back in to help with other orders.I'm a healthcare provider, and when handing me my food I explained to this manager we see many slip and falls in our clinic. He did say he was sorry bumping into me.

Easy 5 stars. 6 if it was possible. The two female employees at the drive thru made this a more than 5 star experience. I used the app to order and got free fries with my drink. Can't beat that. The total was $1.08. Outstanding! And of course, my purchase went to my points. The girl at the first window randomly started a conversation. It was so sweet and unexpected at a drive thru window. At the next window, a different girl gave me my order. She was smiley and super pleasant. Both of these girl were genuinely nice and it showed. My order was fresh and there was ketchup in the bag and I never had to ask for it. Overall great location. The entry/exit odd a bit busy but doable.
