First of the employees are very rude, it took them more than 30 minutes only to get me even my drink, and not only that my eating was cold, would not recommend going here ever! they need to improve their employees and the efficiency of the place.

I love this place! my coffee is always hot and made the way I like, and this is the only place where I can get a cocose.

It is a lack of education, a lack of motivation and a lack of company overview that drives the employees and this location to the floor. it's a shame. inspire their employees to be proud of the work they do. create a working environment that prevents employees from leading the business to the floor. my drinks were disgusting. take these complaints seriously. stop their customers to force to treat with terrible service and disgusting ditches and drinks. where is her proud as an entrepreneur?

I visited this Dunkin' today, and the staff member who served me seemed indifferent and disrespectful. It felt like he didn't want to make my coffee sweeter, and it ended up tasting like plain black coffee. Overall, this was a terrible experience.

So gross. We ordered two has browns only to get 5 soggy potatoes. They were so bad my dog wouldn’t eat more than one. My toasted breakfast sandwich was soggy and so hot I couldn’t eat it for 5 mins. The chess was so badly burnt. Makes me want to stay away from Duncan forever!
