Hook Reel - Lubbock

I enjoyed it. great customer service, clean facility and eating was pretty good. was here when it was pretty busy and everything came out very quickly. my only one down here was that my beer was very warm when I got it, except that I would recommend this place.

I will begin by saying that eating was good, and I really had no problems or complain there, the boiling are good and stick to other restaurants with the same type of menu. But I would say don't waste their money here and eat somewhere else, like royal seafood shack, the great customer service in the opposite hook has. from the rude guy who was a hostess to the waitress, the customer service was missing a lot. we waited for 2 hours to try the place just to really just want to go because of the bad experience. To be honest, I have made it possible that maybe all of them just worked over and had a bad day, but it seemed that all the staff were not happy, I rarely eat and have so rude customer service. they skip this place and eat it there, what I would say.

The first time in this facility and was very happy. I have eaten in many broil-style restaurants and this stacks with the best of them. the host was very fast to sit us and was very nice to me and my family. the first impression is that it was very clean and the atmosphere was amazing. the background music was a good mix. our waitress cadee was so friendly and friendly. she went beyond and beyond. she checked her tables regularly and was quick to respond to request. the whole team was extraordinary that they all helped each other and the manager made their round and was very nice. we are a family of 5 and eating was really good for the quality of the food we receive. the hush we puppy we had as an appetizer, and they were where so good. the garnel cooking is from this world and had amazing taste. easy enough to eat for 2. I highly recommend this place if they love broils and good atmosphere.

We've eaten the first time tonight. we will be masters. we sat on the flea mouse instead of waiting on a table. destiny and hailey rock the barkeepers. not only the serving of our drinks they got our food orders and made sure we took care of us. they rock.

Nothing special about the menu, po boy sandwich mostly lettuce and bread. came with one side. got broccoli but was still charged extra for it so really doesn't come with a side as shown on menu. Also understaffed as most places are but just real slow.
