Quickstop Pizza - London

We placed an order for food that was never delivered. Despite calling four times to inquire about the paid order, we received no answer.

I ordered the two large pizzas for $30 "deal" and was very disappointed. The pizzas were not actually large, more like medium, and the ingredients were low quality. I asked for extra toppings but they were very light. The pizzas were dry, barely warm, and the sauce tasted like canned pasta sauce. I was expecting better for the price. I would have been better off going to Little Caesar's. I will not be ordering from them again. It seems like they must be under new ownership because I have heard they used to be really good.

The food at this restaurant is excellent, however, the prices have increased significantly.

I am absolutely furious ? I tried ordering panzerottis on Saturday by phone and through skip. But when I didn't get through I drove over and the store was closed. This in itself isn't the worst part, but the fact that they fulfilled my skip order today on Wednesday is ridiculous. I got charged for panzerottis I don't even get to eat as I don't live in london and was only visiting for the weekend. Who fulfills an order 4 days late? My family has been getting panzerottis from quick stop since they opened, it's literally the only panzerotti I'll eat. But it's been hell catching them when they are open. Ever since the son took over the service has gone down hill. The store has cut back on hours and randomly closes. I'm very disappointed, it's been 6+months since I've been able to get an order through.

Never got the delivery when I called to order it I got told 45 minutes. An hour later never got it I called back and told don't bring it also told them how were health care workers and so upset we never got it. This is the second time we tried to order from them last week we tried no one picked up the phone even though they were open.
