Pizza Hut - Libertyville

I'm so grateful for this pizza hat because when the DoorDash guys messed up and forgot my whole order. I made a quick call and there was a gentleman on my door with what was missing. They do not have their own drivers they always go through DoorDash, so I got a special treatment when they sent one of them to fix the mistake. I wish I needed the name of a Lord, because that was exactly what he was a true Lord.

Based on my experiences, I can say that ordering online is quite disappointing! However, the staff here answers the phone, unlike the Arlington Heights location. I tried the pizza, and while I think the large size is a bit smaller than expected, that's just my personal opinion. If you receive good service, consider leaving a tip, as I'm sure the employees don’t earn a lot.

The food was delivered quickly and piping hot. I hadn't had Pizza Hut in a couple of years, and I'm really glad I decided to give them another try.

I ordered extra mushrooms, but there were actually fewer than usual. I'm not sure if it was a mistake, but some slices only had a single piece of mushroom on them. Additionally, the wait for the food was so long that I had to call them just to have someone bring it out.
