Dangela's Dumplings - Libertyville

Excellent dumplings. We got the pan seared #5 pork, shrimp, chives. Enjoyed the seaweed salad, and tea boiled egg.

Absolutely love this place! The beef and onion dumplings are my go-to. You get such a large portion for the cost and they are always served fresh and pipping hot. Cannot wait to go back!

Casual eatery serving delicious authentic handmade Chinese dumplings. 6 different varieties including a vegetarian option. Choose boiled or pan fried dumplings. The ingredients are fresh. Order at the counter. Self seating. The dining is clean, bright and inviting. You can watch the dumpling making process in the kitchen through a window. Well come again.

Dumplings were not bad but while we were watching them make the dumplings (with no gloves), one of the ladies took out her phone from her pocket and replied to a text. She then went back to making dumplings without washing her hands after using her phone. I was so grossed out, I don’t think I can ever go back, even though the dumplings and service were good. I don’t think this is ok and they should be mindful of that.

Super fresh dumplings. Light and packed with flavor. I recommend the beef and onion. Plenty of parking available.
