Fantastic spot but the food takes sometimes 20-30 minutes even for simple orders. Usually the best option is to order ahead. Took 30+ minutes for the Denver Haze sandwich to come out.

Change the rating from 5 to 2 star. I've got my shot of expresso.Not my favorite barista anymore. It is used to be a happy place... dark and moody now. The awareness and appreciation of a customer was not present this morning.

Worst barista customer service I have ever experienced at a coffee shop. The woman that was taking our order, blonde hair, was very rude and short for no reason. Will not be coming back.

I have to agree with other comments that this location's customer service is lack luster. They don't announce drinks when they are completed causing everyone to have to pick up and look at each other's drinks in the hope of finding the right one. Not great headed into cold and flu season to by that point have 2 sets of hands on your drink. If it's too much of a burden for staff to speak, perhaps take names and write them on the cup?The Cary location staff are far friendlier and speak the 1-3 words it takes to inform customers their drinks are done.

My favorite place for coffee. They have lots of non-dairy options which I appreciate. They have a nice selection of pastries, including gluten-free options from Holcomb Hollow. The staff is friendly and always gets my drink order correct. There is a nice area to sit that is typically filled with all sorts of locals enjoying their coffee.
