Cold Stone Creamery - Lexington

I had quite an experience at this restaurant. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was all over the place. When I finally got my ice cream, I noticed some hair in it, which was really disappointing. This was my first visit, and I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I believe the staff should definitely be wearing hairnets!

The ice cream portion was generous, though the seating area was a bit limited. However, the place was very clean, and the customer service was extremely professional.

We absolutely love this place in Lexington! I’m always impressed with the quality of their ice cream – it’s consistently top-notch! My wife is also a big fan of coming here. If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Ice cream lovers will definitely appreciate this spot. The staff is always friendly and efficient. Highly recommended!

My daughter and I came in a few weeks ago to get some of this delicious ice cream. The customer service was great but the ice cream was a little melted. Devastating. I am in fact worried about dress code, a young girl should NOT be wearing ?booty short? as the youngins say. But again the ice cream was fantastic, would come again!

Always a good experience with polite employees. The new lucky charms icecream is awesome! Store is well kept and clean and holds up to standards
