The food was decent, but the service was lacking. The cashier had an attitude while taking my order, and on another visit, I was denied service 20 minutes before closing time, even though the sign and website indicated that they were open until 9:30 on weekdays. It is important for a business to adhere to their stated closing times in order to maintain professionalism and uphold their advertised hours. I was left feeling disappointed.

I should have read the reviews before ordering. Door Dash showed 4.7 stars and the pictures looked great. However, I ended up paying nearly 40 dollars for 5 soggy shrimp balls and 6 odd-tasting squid balls, both the size of a nickel, maybe a dime. I also paid almost 4 dollars for a cup of white rice. The only good thing was the tempura shrimp, but even that was not worth the price. I could have gotten better value and flavor from Costco. The tempura shrimp were still raw and soggy in the middle. It's not worth being lazy and ordering takeout. I won't be ordering from here again.
