Bojangles - Lenoir

I ordered a five-piece supreme combo around 1:30 or 2:30 PM, and I have been experiencing absolutely awful stomach cramps and diarrhea for nearly four days since then. I really regret letting my wife convince me to stop here for a quick meal—she claimed we hadn't had it in a long time. I swear I will never eat at this Bojangles or any other location for as long as I can avoid it; this experience has been miserable. Save your money—your stomach will thank you for it.

Caution! I ordered a Cajun filet biscuit one evening and had to wait 5 minutes for it to cook. Not a huge issue. I started eating my biscuit on the way home, but after a few bites, something felt off. My wife turned on the interior light and discovered that the filet was undercooked. They did refund my money, but this is still a serious health risk.

I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes just to order a kids' supreme combo, only for the employee at the window to inform me that they had run out of supreme tenders. How does a restaurant known for their supreme items forget to keep them in stock, especially after making me wait in line for so long? This experience made it clear that they need more efficient and attentive staff. I definitely wouldn't recommend this place if you're on your lunch break.

The Chicken Supremes tasted spoiled; I couldn't even finish a single bite. The biscuits were hard and stale, and the pintos were overloaded with salt. The only decent item was the rice. The fries were also tough and old. Overall, the experience was disappointing and frankly, a waste of $40 for very little satisfaction. To make matters worse, the woman taking my order at the drive-thru kept sighing every time I requested an item, as if serving a customer was a hassle for her. It was a frustrating experience with both bad food and poor service.

I was never asked which sauce I wanted, and they charged me 27 cents for honey mustard. There was no ketchup in the bag either. I couldn't hear the woman over the intercom; she didn't speak loudly enough. The chicken tenders tasted fishy, and the chicken nuggets were mostly just batter.
