Kuben - Las Vegas

I'm typing my review as I eat because this place is so amazing. I ordered the Vegas sushi burrito and it's honestly the best one I've ever had. My sister had the pork katsu bento box and it was just as delicious (if not better) than my sushi burrito. The portions were quite large and filling.Food: 5/5

Delicious! Fresh sushi, rolls were generous, and not full of rice. Greeted by friendly, helpful people that helped me decide what to have. Love that it's a cute little hole in the wall that didn't blast the music at full volume. Just my speed. I'll be back!

It's a quaint little place. The food is good hot. I had the Thin Thin Katsu meal and it was made fresh, the pork was good, not over cooked. I ordered the ginger dressing on the salad. My less then 5 stars comes from the restroom. They needed a good scrubbing, including the door the light switches. It's hard to feel that a kitchen is clean if that bathrooms aren't kept clean. Considering we as customers can see the restrooms, how is a area kept when we can't see it? But the staff is nice this was my 2nd time eating there. I will go back.

Clean and friendly cute little local spot to get some amazing food! The sushi looks so good and they have so many choices. Genie was amazing and walked me through the whole process and even recommended some great choices! Will definitely be back! Thank you.
