Primo Hoagies - Lansdale

I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. First, my partner and I spotted a cockroach while we were waiting for our sandwiches. When we got home and started eating, I took two bites before realizing something was off. The broccoli rabe was absolutely rancid; it smelled and tasted spoiled. It was disgusting. Now my stomach hurts, and thankfully I'm not sick, but I strongly recommend avoiding this place altogether.

This wasn't the best Primo's, but it was the only one available on DoorDash, and I wanted to give them another chance because I was craving a great Italian hoagie. Unfortunately, I've decided I won't be ordering from this particular Primo's again. We got two Italian hoagies, but the meat was sliced too thick, making the bread soggy and the overall taste quite unappetizing. The meat tasted old and lacked freshness, and it was excessively wet. It simply did not resemble an Italian hoagie at all. I've tried a few times since I live in Lansdale, but I think I'll stick to the Primo's in Chalfont instead, which offers much tastier, fresher sandwiches with better bread. It's disappointing to have spent around $30 on two hoagies that ended up in the trash.

I just ordered the Bada Bing sandwich (Cutlet, Broccoli Rabe, Cheese) and added pepper sprouts and long hot peppers, as indicated on the order page. That was an additional charge of $3-$4. Not only did I not get my long hot peppers on the side, but there was also no Broccoli Rabe or any kind of paprika shooters in the sandwich at all. It's ridiculous. I can understand forgetting the extras, but how can you mess up the main components of the sandwich?

Leave a frozen roll on the ground, put it in the oven say kills the germs anyway. To do that before customers was rough

Meat is sliced way too thick primo's greatness is thin deli meat I guess you guys are lazy I stopped going there for a while figured I'd try again and still no good I'll go back to Chalfont Primos
