Red Lobster Lansdale

On our visit this night, we had seafood stuffed mushrooms, which were excellent. and we both ordered the Ultimate Feast. The drab legs we got with our meals were the best ever crab legs we have had at this Red Lobster.

Ordered an expensive combo with lobster tail that was dry and flavorless. Scallops- which are usually my favorite were rubbery, tasteless and barely warm. Didn’t bring my side dishes. Red Lobster doesn’t offer the same experience it used to. Food and service has gone down hill.

Service and food was good. Baked potato came out minutes after main course so shrimp was cold until I got my potato. That was disappointing.

We had a reservation for and were taken in as soon as we arrived which was minutes prior to our seating time. We were waited on directly and while waiting for our meals , were given some bread. It was a short wait for our meals which were delicious! The staff and waitress were very courteous and polite. It was a pleasant outing and we left happy with full bellies. An hour and minutes total!

We made a reservation online. Drove minutes to the restaurant. When we arrived, a man comes up to the hostess stand and tells us that the dining room was closed due to a staff shortage. They should have made it known online so that people would not have wasted gas and time driving there.
