Kfc - Lancaster

I'd never go here again. When you have a special request for white me in family bucket, obviously there's a reason someone is asking for that. Rude response was we don't do that. No let me see if I can accommodate you at an extra charge, nothing. Rude and very poor customer service. Side note, went to Popeyes and could order all white meat no problem along with excellent customer service.

I really hate the fact that I have to leave a star in order to make a comment because it's definitely not deserved. This used to be the best place to go to even as a child now for me it's even worse than McDonald's. This world is falling apart at the least you could do is give us good food and good service and friendly people

We ordered two Famous Bowls and two sodas, then headed back to our hotel. Unfortunately, we could barely eat the food because the chicken tasted rubbery and was not even coated properly, making it impossible to bite into. I understand they may have been short-staffed, but management should step in to ensure that customers receive fresh, edible food. After just one bite, we both felt unwell. We ended up paying $22 for food that we couldn't eat at all. I would not recommend this KFC. If you're looking for good chicken, your best bet is to go to Chick-fil-A right across the street!
