I had a few continental beers. sardines and frit seemed very popular. our waitress and cook were very nice and warming. I'm sure I'll be back when I'm here.
Near the bus station and the park, the interieur reminds me of paris (with two eiffel towers was a short walk in the form of the huge TV sets on the mountain comb service efficient and pleasant.
I always liked to come to this place for coffee and brunch, so I finally check it out. although I am vegan and there are no great choice of options, there are some, and they are very good. the decor is traditionally designed with a dark wood interior that is quite charming. the service is friendly and attentive, the head office has been working here for over two decades, and popular with regular. and the soon seat is relaxed, despite the nearby road a good place to watch people or chat with passing neighbours. Women feel relaxed to sit and take their time here not that they feel upset elsewhere, but this place seems to attract them, possibly more than men. occasionally they enjoy the discussion with other diners, in which usually in a quiet, insurgent way. a woman, drink coffee and read a romance, told me that she actually enjoys sitting under the soon-axle when it pours out, she remembers happy curses while enjoying her quiet environment. it is an unhurried place, good for, say, at the weekend hear the radio on their headphones or read the time. Or even for “morning after the night before” gradual alertness and decompression! many sit with their tired dogs after a walk over the street in the crystal palace park to the art of ambiente that you need at the end of a week.
We ate every morning before we crash into london. the service was fast and polite, eating came as fast and was delicious, well presented and hot, and the decor was nice.
Initially we had booked a table online but it wasn’t really necessary as there were a handful of tables available and we managed to get a spot outside which was lovely. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, they didn’t have a kids menu which...I was confused about as I had seen one online but they were more than happy to make a smaller omelette for my daughter. The coffee is exceptional, really amazing quality. The food was great and there’s more than enough selection to please everyone. I was very happy with the prices, brunch for the of us came to around and that was with main dishes, drinks and sweet treats to finish! Will definitely be returning here!
