Kfc - Lake Delton

I enjoyed some delicious chicken with gravy and coleslaw. Since the lobby was closed, we dined outside on the patio, which offered a lovely view of downtown Wisconsin Dells.

I tried the popcorn chicken and a famous bowl at KFC, and I have to say, it's one of the best locations I've visited. While I do find the prices a bit high, it's hard to overlook the impact of the inflation reduction measures we’re seeing these days. It feels like we’re often paying more for less.

The staff member I interacted with was friendly; however, I noticed a change in KFC's product. The chicken strips don’t taste like the usual KFC strips anymore—they resemble frozen store-bought strips instead. I'm not sure why they stopped making their own strips here. They definitely don’t feel worth the $30.

Eaten here a few times with no problems and good food. Today lobby closed, seen their sign, lobby open. until u get to the door and lobby closed . Short staff. Ok we'll use the drive through. But no menu in the drive thru. Said it was on the others sideof the building. In todays time this BS over labor shortage is getting old. Its a shame when you lose the consideration of thecustomer. I'm in full agreement in paying your people right. Thats what keeps you in business. Happy workers make happycustomers !

9:00 p.m. an hour before close they're not willing to make any more tenders the gal at the register said they were out but the guy running orders shook his head and showing that they had tender still but they just weren't willing to make them on top ofwhich they locked the outside door 5 minutes before the Lobby is closed. Staff was pretty rude for a tourist area I guess that'sokay because you probably won't see those customers again the problem is we come up here a lot and they won't see our businessagain and the trash is full
