The Cheeze Factory - Baraboo

I'm sorry for neglecting this great restaurant when it moved to its new location in Baraboo. The space is beautifully simple, allowing the focus to be on the food. During a recent visit, I rediscovered the Cheeze Factory as a must-visit dining spot. The Bangalore bowl that I ordered was not only filled with enticing aromas but also a vibrant array of colors. It's clear that the chefs believe food should not only taste great but also look beautiful. This dish, which is one of their specialties, was a delicious blend of Indian spices.

I am delighted to be living in a time when restaurants like this exist! The vegan menu at this restaurant is exceptional. The flavors are outstanding, and it's clear that none of the ingredients were shoehorned into a dish simply to make it vegan. The desserts were delicious and didn't have any of the usual downsides of being dairy-based.

The food at this restaurant is top-notch, and the service is excellent and attentive. I highly recommend this place. Make sure to try the apple pie - it's fantastic! The restaurant is clean, has a unique menu, and the food is delicious.

Was sooo delicious! I loved the pasta and it was so flavorful? also the cherry pie is really good. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is vegan or looking to try something different! The location and enviroment is in downtown baraboo, close to other small business and street parking all around. Not too much piazzas or flare with decor but they make up for with the wonderful dishes. The atmosphere and service is always welcoming and friendly. Great options for all the family.
