Great place to grab a quality sandwich. Reasonable prices as well. We were pleasantly surprised how good it was!Food: 5/5

As a family, we love McAlister 's and stop at many around the country on our travels. We may not stop at the one in Wisconsin Dells again though. Our experience today was less than stellar. Staff were too busy looking at their personal cell phones behind the counter than to take orders. Once our order was taken it took forever to get our food (30 minutes) and the place was not even that busy. Once we got our food, we noticed items were missing and instead of the chips we ordered we got baked chips. When we asked about this we were told yea, that 's what we have when clearly on the counter behind them were other chips. To make matters worse, once we got our food to the car to hand out to the family, the kids cookies were placed on top of their HOT food making them melt into their pizza and spud. Who wants to eat a pizza or potato with a melted chocolate chip cookie, especially kids. We brought it right back in and were told yea, thats how we package it as if this was totally normal and people should just eat pizza with a melted chocolate cookie in it. They did finally remake it, but come on, do better!
