El Pollo Loco - La Puente

Terrible service, I hired a chicken burrito, there was a quarter of a leg, basically no chicken. Burrito was not properly wound, broken in the middle. Beans were hard.

Lily the young lady manning the cashier is a true star!!.. And the rest of the crew is doing to best with what they got in hand... Good improvisers and Very professional!!... Food is ok.... A little dry but ok... There was no avocado sauce and we're missing some other ingredients but in all this is a good place to come eat. This place has a lot of potential if run properly.... Yet in all this, it's only minimal that needs to improve. I'll definitely come again... Keep it up you guys!!

This location is usually really busy, but the service is usually fast and the staff is friendly. Avoid coming near the lunchtime because it has a lot to do so that you have to wait almost 10 minutes or so that your order is ready. I also use the app to order my food and so far I have no problems with my food right and be ready when it tells me to arrive.

I ordered 3 Tacos al Carbon Combo got the tacos with cold tortillas!!!! They didn't even try to warm them up at least! They're picking up the tacos and tortillas. This place has been demolished a little! Always closed
