Kojonup Bakery

The range is good and we enjoyed our pies. Not the best pies but not too bad. Customer service leaves a fair bit to be desired. Wasn't warm or welcoming.

Firstly, great that it was open on the public holiday! We came through from Albany just after lunch and it was clear by the number of people around the bakery that it was the only place open and just when we thought there was nothing much left on the shelves out came a fresh tray of pies. You beauty, the beef and bacon pies were awesome. Grabbed a few cold drinks and we were off! Recommend the stop.

Ordered a cappuccino,not sure what it was but it certainly wasn't a good coffee or a cappuccino! Did not drink it as it was Very weak and didn't even have a taste of coffee. The Bakery was busy and the food looked ok didn't try anything though as we weren't hungry just wanted a good coffee.

On our way through to Albany for work my husband always insist to stop at Kojonup Bakery for the breakfast pie! I personally dont like it but being a bakery, i thought i will get something else!The lady at the counter that was serving us was extremely rude and obviously didn't want to be there let alone be hospitable to paying customers!Remember, this bakery had several awards for their produce and very well known in WA.We ordered 2 cups of tea and a ham and cheese croissant and a sausage roll!She placed the items in takeaway bags and I pulled the ham and cheese croissant out and asked if we could have one that's fresher and maybe edible? She looked at me and said, "no and I was going to give it to you for free....!" When I declined, she proceeded in flinging it into the dustbin like a frisbee, i was gobsmacked at this shocking display of no respect for paying customers let alone food product?Firstly, I didnt stop there for a free feed and secondly, what happened to apologising for trying to sell produce so discusting nevermind having it in your heated display counter! There are health regulations on how long food can sit in a heated counter before it has to be destroyed, not given for free! Disgusting attitude and produce! This women with her shocking attitude does not belong in a hospitality business , shame on her!! I will never stop at Kojonup bakery again and will tell all my colleagues to avoid it on their way to the South Western region!That was a horrible experience...

Great bakery, with amazing pies; & the best thing - lots of yummy gluten free options! Been traveling down south lots & not many gf options, so was pleasantly surprised on our way home to find this clean, friendly bakery with eftpos too!
