Contribuiți la feedbackIf I could, I would give this place a zero out of five. Me and my mother visited Okko yesterday, the young guy were really sweet to us and served us 2 lumumba. We forgot to pay so he had to run after us so that we could come back to pay, poor guy but admire it! I found it quite expensive for 2 lumumba (356 dkk) but didn 't thought about it. When we came to our hotel later I looked it up further and according to their webpage they would cost 85 dkk each. So I visited this restaurant again today to speak with the personal to sort this out and he just told me that he couldn 't help me, maybe you did pay for the wrong table and that I have to speak to the office , then walked away without any willing to help or fix this situation. Me, myself also work as a waitress and find this to be a really rude and unprofessional way to handle this kind of situation.
I tend to do hotel reviews rather than restaurant ones, but we stumbled on this wee place one lunchtime and enjoyed our experience so much that I feel it deserves credit! The place was busy when we arrived but we managed to get a table. Really nice menu and service. Spicy chicken, coconut cashew soup was amazing! If we’d been staying another day, we’d have tried to go back. Would thoroughly recommend.
Despite it being December it was nice to sit outside beside a heater with a blanket covering my shoulders! The sandwiches were really nice and I particularly liked the salad garnish. Service was quite slow but that seems to be a common theme in Copenhagen.
Burger was lukewarm and dripping with blood to the extent i could remove the lettuce and watch the blood drip onto the plate. Nice restaurant physically, though watch out if you're over 5'5 and sit inside as you will smack your face on the riculously low hanging light bulbs over your table. Waitress pleasant.
I felt compelled to leave a review because the waiter/staff member who served us was so rude. We ordered our drinks and food. 45 minutes later we are still waiting for our food. After 25 mins I ask if this is on its way and he says “yeah, it should be. I mean I know it is” 20 mins after that nothing I then ask for the bill no apology at all. At this point other waitresses arrive and hand us the bill. I explain my frustration and the fact this gentleman was so rude. A discount was applied and she said she would speak to him. If you visit the cafe and see a tall gentlemen wearing silver skull rings and a hat, perhaps try somewhere else.
