Geist - Koebenhavn

We went past the place really because there was a sign for another place, but once again it was so cozy. We got cocktails in the bar, they were super delicious, it was very obvious that it was a highend place from we entered. We ordered cocktails from their menu that had a good and interesting selection, with a good mix of known with a twist and unknown cocktails. They also had a good part mocktails (alcoholfree cocktails), but they did not taste any of them. It costed around 160 DKK per cocktail, but given the quality that the cocktails had, I was satisfied with the price. They cooled glass and used delicious ingredients in good quality to make cocktails, so the price of the cocktail was also reflected in the quality of the cocktail and the raw materials. The place had a good atmosphere, and was quiet at the time we were past, but it was obvious they expected to get many guests later in the evening, as cleared that there would be busy. Overall it was really good place, and Ifinitive a place I get back to the next time I want to highend cocktails.

My husband and I was on Esmée to celebrate my birthday. Very delicious food. The mood was good and you felt welcome. The Servitric was really friendly and took good to my husband and I. The cocktails we ordered were so good not last time we come on Esmée

I was a bit disappointed by this place it is not worth the hype in my opinion. The interior is stunning and classy, the food is nice and beautifully served, but was expecting more for this price point, some dishes seemed a bit too salty. The portions are tiny tuna tartare is around one tablespoon in total : I left a bit hungry, but it was probably not the best choice of the main dish. Speaking of which I think that halibut ceviche should rather be included in starters section, but definitely not in the main dishes one, do not order it as your main dish if you are hungry. Also be aware that the plain water is 50 dkk for a person insane). The service seemed a bit cold and unwelcoming. We were seated in a very crowded corner around 20 cm between tables, the waiters were barely squeezing between them), though the rest of the restaurant was almost empty during our visit on Friday 13:00, no idea why they put all the guests in one small corner instead of spreading them around for more privacy… There are definitely better options in central Copenhagen and also cheaper.

Only the scallops and green salad were less than perfect. The tomato salad is so good. A little odd they dont have ketchup. Clean reatrooms.

Delishh and very good service) waiter was very helpful,beautiful place.We have spent 400€ in 3 people with 3 grasses of wine, 3 starters, 3 main courses and 1 desert.I mean I was visiting Copenhagen, mb it’s normal there, but a bit too much compared to Milan)
