Ho's - Knowsley

The staff at this restaurant was very pushy and almost rushed us out. The service was awkward, but the food was delicious.

Two weeks ago, we ordered food from this restaurant and never received our order as they claimed to have 'lost it'. Despite this, we decided to give them another chance. However, our experience was even worse this time. After waiting close to an hour and a half for our £41.50 worth of food to be delivered, we called to inquire about our order. They apologized for the previous incident and promised to send some complimentary drinks along with our food, which would arrive in another 10 minutes. Unfortunately, our order was delayed by more than 20 minutes, the drinks never arrived, and the delivery driver attempted to give us someone else's order. Thankfully, we caught the mistake. Our food was cold and we received a dish that clearly belonged to someone else. It seems that this restaurant is incapable of providing decent service for the prices they charge. We will not be ordering from them again and strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your dining needs.

Waitied 2 hours for it to turn up when time given was 1h 15mins.

Great restaurant food was brilliant service great would go again soon hear he has opened another one in Liverpool will ask next time I go to prescot one,good parking by restaurant and on main bus route 10a stagecoach and arriva buses,if you like a drink or taxi go try it you will be pleased Derek

I have ordered from here many times. Ordered a takeaway for 2 tonight and the food was rubbish. No taste to salt and pepper chicken or the salt and pepper chips. Think that will be my last time as it’s not cheap either.
