Chipbox - Kirklees

This is the best fish and chip restaurant in Dewsbury. The food is always fresh and delicious, and the prices are very reasonable. The curry sauce is particularly tasty, so make sure to give it a try.

My family and I have been regular customers at Chipbox for over a month now, always coming in on Friday evenings. We have always enjoyed our takeout meals on weekends, especially since I have been disappointed by other restaurants in town. I am incredibly impressed by the quality of food and service at Chipbox, and I always recommend it to others in town. Unfortunately, due to the current lockdown, Chipbox is closed to the public. However, I urge anyone reading this to visit as soon as they reopen. My only suggestion for improvement is that Chipbox should establish a social media presence, as many people I speak to have never heard of this great place.

Yesterday, I purchased three portions of fish and chips from Chip Box. Typically, we enjoy their fish and chips, but this time I was extremely disappointed because the chips were undercooked. As a result, we only ate the fish and had to discard the chips. What a waste of food and money! This experience has deterred me from ordering from Chip Box in the future. I will continue to patronize Dewsbury Fisheries and Mother Hubbard's instead.
