The food is good, but the small portion sizes feel overpriced. I prefer Januar Blues, where everything is more affordable, which is a definite plus. I do appreciate the convenience of the conveyor belt, allowing customers to order what they want. The quality of the food is high, but I wish there were larger portions for the price.
The food is delicious, but their prices, especially for sushi, have soared. It used to be £2-4 per plate when you picked it up from the conveyor belt. Now, you have to order via a scanned QR code, and the dishes are delivered to your table on the belt. The salmon ponzu is now £6 per plate, and the nigiri costs £5 per plate.
Love the rebrand and the new system. the tempura katsu curry bowl was delicious, the prawn was very good. the teriyaki huh was good too. the rice in sushi was not very good and was very muddy and dry. overall, would still come, only would not order the sushi.
Can't go wrong with sushi. 1 of my favourite. If you love raw fish, try the platter it looks small but fills you up.
