Subway - Kenly

I went here today and an older lady was on the phone the entire time and was holding her phone on a personal phone call and messing with her hair and then proceeded to dig into the veggies to fix my sub without changing gloves. I nicely let her know that I no longer wanted the subs. This was very unprofessional; I will say there was another young lady there that was very nice and washed her hands. Hard 4 stars for this location, the girl that was actually working and made my sandwich was so very sweet, we chatted about how shes was from NY and she wished me safe travels. The girl that rung me out was super rude and was talking outside on her phone for the majority of the time. I was on a 15 hour drive from FL and yawned when I was at the register, she actually yawned at me back and looked like a complete clown, actually made me laugh! Bless your heart hunny! I wouldn't recommend placing online orders at either Kenly location. The app doesn’t clearly list the ingredients, yet they still charge you for them. I didn't return to resolve the issue because it’s too far to go back! While I've never had any issues with the staff, this experience was frustrating. The prices are already high, and not receiving what you paid for makes it even more disappointing. Service: Takeout Price per person: $20–30.

The most terrifying feeling I experienced in this subway food store! The most disgusting behavior of a woman's employment, racism and discrimination against me, my husband and daughter. Throwing away a piece of bread that I nicely asked her to put salad in my sandwich, she rolled her eyes and sighed. I ordered two cookies, she brought one, I was polite again because I have never experienced this kind of disrespect as a customer in my life! my last visit to this facility definitnov!
