Arby's - Jacksonville

I don't think I've ever opened a mainstream fast food restaurant at 10:00 a.m. and closed at 5:00 a.m. they must at least set up a sign that is readable from the road so that people do not waste their time to stop at their operation, as they do not want to be open.

No employees were there today. the lobby was locked and I sat 2 minutes without answer in the order window. I went to the window and it was totally dark inside. even if their hours say they close at 17 o'clock. they could just turn this place off. pathetic!

After a long wait in Drive-Thru, for a turkey wrap minus tweeping, fries and a regular arby, they gave us a turkey wrap, but with tweeping, and fries. that's all. a sandwich made wrong (can not remove the taste the two behind left,) fries (blah tasting,) and what happened with the 2nd sandwich? at least they didn't load for the 2nd sandwich!

This place is in the rule in order, nothing special only okay and would normally earn three stars. but they like to close early, which is super annoying when I am here at 8:52 and close them at 9:00, but they have already locked the doors and the drive through that is not correct. it is on the door closes at 9:00 a.m. not 8:50 or 8:52.

Other reviewer was right. Pulled into the drive thru at 8:39 exactly, the place was open all the lights were on and employees were inside. I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes talking to myself waiting for a reply. None came. Went around to the drive thru window. Knocked on the glass and some black employee looked at me and then looked back down continuing to do nothing. Went around on foot to the entrance of the lobby. Door was locked, sign on the door said drive thru only... Right next to the hours of operation which states the close at 9pm. Here again the useless black employee looked at me like what, can 't you tell I don 't want to lift a finger? And ignored me. Automation cannot come fast enough.
