Starbucks - Irving

Julio the bartender is the sweetest ever. He made my 2 hour layover worth it. So kind and friendly, gave me recommendations. The food may not be the best, but he sure is!

They worked fast and super busy in the morning until noon, place super clean and my cappuccino perfectly delicious.

Apparently getting a single slice of bread at 6:45 p.m. is a huge inconvenience for the employee named Archana. I placed the cash on the counter nezt to the register and she stood there holding her hand out. I pointed to the money and she kept saying $4 with her hand out. We went back and forth three times until she finally picked up the money. Terrible attitude and she shouldn't be in customer service.

Disappointed this Starbucks is closed on Saturday around 5:30PM, Really felt sad, thought of having Starbucks coffee before starting my international trip.. ?

A place to go for a good cup of Joe and a breakfast sandwich. To get off your feet and contemplate life.
