Contribuiți la feedback. I placed a online order before work at the lake Murray Blvd. Dunkin. In Irmo sc. I pulled up and the line was around the building. I was going to be late for work. I'm pregnant and was craving a decaf ice coffee. I called the store Christina answered the phone very cheerful. I explained I put an online order in and I understood the dining room was closed and I explained I was going to be late for work could I cancel the order. Instead of canceling she told me to meet her at the front door. I ALMOST CRIED. there was only 2 people working with a line around the building and she still took care of me with a smile. THANK YOU CHRISTINA!!!!
EDIT:: so much better! I have no idea what they did, but the customer service and respect of this situation is through the roof! Will definitely be!!!!!! Look, I understand the times are different and it's hard to get good help. I give people the advantage of doubt. I should have read the reviews, but since this place is closer to my home, I decided to go. The lobby is still closed, must consist of personnel questions, as there is no mandate for closed food. The employee who took our order seemed upset. I asked for half a dozen and then started the list of those I wanted. She interrupted me when she wasn't ready. I stopped and waited. That happened three times. Once she told me everything, and I was raised. The employee who gave me my order was pleasant, but honestly I am not back. Donuts are good, the service only needs to be improved.
Whenever I visit this restaurant, my order is always wrong, even when I write it down. I know they are short-staffed, but it's still frustrating. The donuts are stale, I think they may be several days old.
They only have the drive thru open. They have had the “dining room” open for a few months since they opened over two years ago. Drive thru is incredibly slow and most of those taking orders have a sh*t attitude. I’m actually surprised corporate hasn’t fired everyone, or at least got rid of the franchisee. They need some serious training. They often get orders wrong, hot coffee is cold, and cold coffee is room temp.
Look I get it, times are different and it is hard to get good help. With that being said, I do give people the benefit of the doubt. Don't get me wrong, the donuts are good, the service just needs to be improved.
