Ordered using contactless ordering method, payment went through then the manager told me the menu was discontinued and proceed to gove me an alternative menu which was RM2 cheaper than my order. Although I insisted that the alternative menu was RM25.70 and the original menu was RM27.90 the manager (Angela) said it was not. Customer service is very bad and the manager was rude, saying that it was my fault for ordering the discontinued menu, how would I know? It's online from it's website. Manager was shouting at staff while customers are enjoying food.

The vegetable salad is so awful! There is this Chinese lady staff who is very rude and disrespect to customers! She is impatient and criticize customers!

The manager is very rude unprofessional. I have written the chicken parts I wanted inside the receipt. The manager didn't check it scolded me directly. After checking the receipt, then only she realized was her mistakes. Even she has said sorry to me, but I was unhappy how she treated their customer. Last important, even she has done wrong, but she only given 1 chicken part I wanted, another chicken part was not what I had ordered inside the receipt. VERY DISAPPOINTED OF HER SERVICE AS THE WOMAN IS THE MANAGER OF THIS BRANCH!!!

I just ordered via Foodpanda their Chicken Burger combo set with additional large size for my drink and fries.. Well, i got the drink right, but the fries like the small one.. Whyy?? I'm hungry la.. This is the 2nd time happened to me.. First from McD, then this one pulak.. So disappointed.. Please read the order properly la wei..
