Unique Bite Eatery - Indio

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. We stumbled upon it while on vacation and browsing Google Maps. The owners, a husband and wife team, truly run the show. The husband cooks while the wife takes orders and serves tables. She is friendly and great to chat with, making us feel right at home as soon as we walked in. The food tasted homemade, with the pot roast reminding me of my grandmother's cooking - a huge compliment. We will definitely be returning for one more meal before we leave town. What a fantastic find!

This restaurant is a must-visit if you are passing through or visiting the resort! The quality of the food is top-notch and the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend it. Food: 5/5.

I have ordered from Unique Bites over 10 times, the pot roast dish is excellent ?, the BBQ pulled pork sandwich is also excellent ?, and the cheese burger is on a whole different level! ???. This restaurant is in my top 3 in the Coachella Valley.Food: 5/5

I enjoyed the pulled pork sandwich. It came with mashed potatoes. I didn't care for the mashed potatoes. They needed something more, maybe more butter or milk to make them creamier. Or seasonings to make them stand out. They were bland and lumpy. My partner had the fried chicken which he said was just okay. We tried this place because it was a small business. Strawberry Lemonade was very good and unlimited.
