You should check them all out depending on what you want it's a great family business and with the merge of Pat Flynn's (on 52nd st you will even see some of that old crew as well. The original Murphy's can be seen on some of the parks and rec department shows it was very retro and it was sad to see it but the customers are very happy now and still enjoy their Thursday meatloaf and Waynes steaks!! ...you must be warned though parking is hard at lunchtime and it's like Cheers when you walk in the entire bar will look at you. They don't bite:
Excellent food with great service. I had no bad meal or bad service here in the 4 years I visited this facility. If you are in the area and are hungry for a meal, stop. If you want dessert, the Cobbler is always amazing!
All right. It feels like you're in the middle of nowhere. Prime Rib was really good, but that's not super hard, my partner didn't enjoy his ribeye.
I really liked this place! I wasn't here because it was Pat Flynn, and the atmosphere doesn't seem to have changed much, but our seat, what convenient, our food was tasty, there?s a ton place makes it quite easy to get a table, and we were even excited to hear live music starting to play at the end of our visit. Our service was pretty good to the end when we waited for our check, but all in all it is a local Indy restaurant that is worth checking and supporting. ?
Hot salad was cold, crab cakes were not done. I wanted to take fried mushrooms home, but they took away my diving sauce before I could get a lid and recharged $1.50 for a new one. The waitress did not ask us how our meal was once, even if none of us ate. Brown was baked twice. I think it might have been cooked more than twice. Very disappointing culinary experience. It used to be so good.
