Chipotle Mexican Grill - Hoover

I am consistently disappointed when visiting this Chipotle location as they are frequently out of Fajita and other vegetables. When I inquired about when the vegetables would be restocked, I was always told it would be another 20-30 minutes. The employees did not seem to care about the situation, and I had to pay full price for a veggie bowl with limited toppings. I do not recommend this location for veggie bowls. This experience was unexpected from Chipotle and left me feeling dissatisfied every time we stopped by.

I enjoyed visiting this Chipotle restaurant, however, I was disappointed with the quality of their queso. It was very watery and lacked flavor compared to other locations. I ordered my usual bowl with two tortillas on the side, as well as a burrito for my wife for pickup. While my order was correct, my wife's burrito had ants on it when she removed the aluminum foil. There were no ants in the bag or around it, so it was a surprise to find them on the burrito. This experience was concerning and I believe this restaurant should be inspected by health authorities.

Big thanks to the manager working today, August 4th, 2023 at 2:56pm. I had some modifications to my order and he was so accommodating and friendly! This is why I love Chipotle!

Always terrible service and interaction, always out of fajitas and other items. When there isn't a lack of food, its terrible. bland undercooked rice, undercooked black beans. I now will only drive further to the other hoover location by the galleria. Night and day difference in the employees and quality of food.

Last year this location was very stingy with the serving size. This year, they did not have steak nor fajita veggies and the place was not clean. The staff each time was unapologetic. Must be something going on with the management of this location because most Chipotles are at the very least acceptable.
