Chick-fil-a - Hoover

Chick-fil-A never seems to be disappointed. during lunch I noticed that the employees took orders from people on the back of the Drive-Thru line to provide faster service. I've never seen another fast food restaurant.

This is by far the best chic-fil-a in the Hoover/Birmingham area. Believe me, all chic felt a's are not the same, but the restaurant grove is great. great service and eating is the fantastic.

Eating was great, they have everything right and the service was fast and hairless as always:

Love this place! every time I eat here, which is three times a week in average, it's always such a great experience. eating is always fresh and hot, and the workers are very nice. sometimes they have to wait a little, just because of the sheer volume of customers, but I don't think about getting a superior product!

It's disappointing to wait over 10 minutes for your order, only to receive food that, in particular the hash browns, are unappetizing. I’m puzzled how a restaurant can be so busy yet serve food that isn't hot enough to enjoy. During my last 3-5 visits, the overall customer experience has consistently declined, falling short of the brand's standards.
