Miami Fusion Cafe - Birmingham

This restaurant offers fantastic local food! The Cuban sandwich is delicious, and the mofongo dish is incredibly flavorful. The portion of beans and rice is generous enough to serve four people, so I took some home to complement my dinner. The staff is friendly and it's a lovely local business worth supporting. Don't forget to try the Jesus Cake, which supports a good cause!

I stopped by for lunch, and my meal was ready in no time! It was incredibly delicious, and I loved the friendly atmosphere. Don't forget to try the house sauce—it's a must! I highly recommend this place all around!

This restaurant is a fantastic choice for Cuban cuisine in Birmingham. After attempting to visit several weekends in a row, I finally had the chance to try it out and I was not disappointed. I ordered mofongo with pork, an empanada, and rice with black beans, and everything was wonderful—except for the empanada, which unfortunately tasted a bit off, almost like the pastry wasn't fresh or perhaps had been frozen. Despite that one setback, I was really pleased with the rest of the meal and would definitely recommend it.

I ordered the mofongo and had enough for 3 full meals. The serving sizes are huge, and the food is incredible! It has so much flavor. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Absolutely delicious Puerto Rican food! Was so good I inhaled a third of it before taking a picture to brag to family about this local gem. Leftovers for dinner were just as good!
