Kfc - Hialeah

I've been coming here for years - the staff is incredibly friendly, the service is quick, and the food is always fresh.

The experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. The food seemed to contain a lot of injected water, there were signs of recycled oil, and the taste was quite unpleasant. Additionally, the staff frequently forgot our orders. Overall, it was not a good experience.

I have to give this place a star because I can't post a review without one. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time I've come home only to find that my child refuses to eat their food, claiming it tastes like burnt oil. With the economy being tough, it's frustrating to spend money on meals that are less than acceptable. They seriously need to improve their staff and consider changing the oil weekly; the food was just unpleasantly burnt and crispy. Who would even want to eat that? I would bet that the employee who worked there on 09/01/22 at 1:40 PM wouldn’t serve food that tasted so burnt if it were their child. I feel like they need better workers to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

This isn't necessarily a bad bad thing but what is going on? I order a chicken sandwich and fries. I get chicken tenders and half thing of fries? confused

Very unprofessional, Under staffed during peak hrs. Need customer freindly staff. No ice for drinks. Terribly run establishment. Need better owner or supervisor, who will prioritize his/her establishment. Very unpleasant experience.
