I had lovely bangers and mash like to just like a home cooked meal very reasonable for 16 bucks my mum had fish and chips it was so big she couldn't eat it all lovely glass of wine warm fire great pub meal all freshly cooked and home-made not out of a packet

Pool table. clean toilets . A local haunt . Fire beautiful this time of year . Serves lunch and dinner . We opted for a nearby Italian just because we love Italian . Menu a this pub included lamb shanks sausage and mash etc .

Old building but kept nice and neat. Good pub food, not fancy but tastes great. Reminded me of my local when I was younger.

We decided to avoid all the quirky, up-market eateries in town, and instead headed to this Pub. The beer was a bit dear, but I guess that's par for the course in a tourist town. Again the menu was typical, but quite extensive, with modest (but adequate) sized servings, well prepared, reasonably priced, and our garlic prawns followed by the "roast of the day" was very tasty and served with a smile. Good value!

Service in the bar wasn't so flash, the barmaid was quite surly and I thought $8.50 was a little steep for a glass of wine in a country pub.
