Village Kitchen - Henderson

In this area, this is definitely the best Chinese restaurant within a ten-mile radius, except on Wednesdays. I'm not sure what happens in the kitchen on that day, but the sauces don’t seem to have enough water or balance.

I ordered the garlic chicken wings and spring rolls without realizing they were spicy. To my surprise, they weren't hot at all; instead, they had a deliciously smoky and sweet garlic flavor. They were amazing! I'll be sure to visit Henderson next time.
