Contribuiți la feedbackOur 2nd time here. The food was delicious and plenty of it. The server was friendly and attentive. There was no wait time, even though it was dinner time. We are from Norfolk but was visiting friends in South Hill.
Because I didn’t order when the server came to the table, I had to wait 10 minutes before my server came back. From the Time I placed my order until I got my food. It took 25 minutes. when I got my food at best, it was warm and soggy. When I paid my bill, the cashier asked how was my dinner? I told her I was very disappointed with my dinner. She asked me why, and I told her that the food was only warm and that I had waited 25 minutes for the food. The cashier blamed me For not telling the server that the food was only warm, And in the future that I should tell the server if I want hot food, all the while making change with my money. She never apologized, or asked me to please come back and give them another chance to make things right. It’s not my fault! Unhappy customer!
I enjoyed the Big 220 trout dinner for only $10.00. It included two nice size pieces of fish, slaw, fries and hush puppies. Everything was terrific.

Had a taste for shrimp so drove 45 minutes to 220 in Henderson NC Knew it would be a wait and I’m ok with that. After standing in line for 45 minutes and being hot was looking forward to a nice dinner with friends. Sit down, ordered our food and about 5 minutes into our meal a crowd of unruly,unsupervised kids, with no raising and parents singing to the top of their lungs acting stupid as they could ruined the entire night. Will not be going back to Henderson 220 again. I blame management for not coming out and taking matters into their own hands. They would not have acted like that in my restaurant
