Being an experienced restaurant owner, I always make sure my wait staff informs customers if a special or market-priced item is significantly more expensive than the regular entrees. However, I was surprised to find out that the Ono Ahi specials were much pricier than the other entrees. To make matters worse, the dish was overcooked and dry. Needless to say, I won't be returning to this restaurant again.

I have always made it a point to communicate to my server if any special or market price dish is considerably higher than the regular menu items. This time, I did not inquire, and to my astonishment, the Ono Ahi Specials were significantly pricier than other entrees. Unfortunately, despite my hopes that it would be well-cooked, the dish was overdone and dry.
